Technical assistance for the operation of the Oyem hospital in Gabon, phase 3

The third phase of this project aims to contribute to the consolidation of achievements and capacity building in order to develop a management system that is controlled, efficient, effective, sustainable and based on quality of services at the Oyem Regional Hospital Center, enabling the latter to act as a reference model for the implementation of national guidelines on the roles expected of regional hospital centers in Gabon.
