Description

The Skills for Employment Project was a Morocco/Lebanon university partnership aimed at supporting four partner universities. It serves as a relevant example of the crucial role universities play as development partners. The project improved the alignment of services and training programs with labor market needs while promoting inclusivity in Morocco and Lebanon. Partner universities received support on multiple fronts, including governance, entrepreneurship, program development, university pedagogy, digital transformation, student success and academic journey support, as well as the integration of diversity and sustainable development considerations
