Feasibility study for PDRHS development

This study aimed to: a) define with Madagascar’s Ministry of Health officials the process to follow to finalize and validate the PDRHS with all partners as well as specify the different elements of this process that will be part of the project financed by the AFD and the World Bank with regard to human resources in health; and b) to carry out a feasibility study of the minimum HR standards adopted by the MS’ facilities by 2012.
