This project aims to train senior executives of the Moroccan health system in crisis management and various modes of intervention to respond adequately to emergencies. It is divided into three phases. Phase 1 is a training phase, delivered in the form of virtual workshops, which aims to acquire a better understanding of crises through the various theories of the field and the particularities of their decision-making processes in a social health context as well as to provide beneficiaries with tools and best practices, inspired by both theoretical principles and learning from different national crisis management contexts. The second phase will allow beneficiaries to complete a continuing education stay in Quebec. The third phase will take place in Morocco, where a workshop will be organized to support WHO’s intervention on territorialization and decentralization of health services.
