Renforcement de la gouvernance au centre hospitalier universitaire de Brazzaville (CHUB) – 2019-2021

The project aims to strengthen the governance of the University Hospital Center of Brazzaville (CHUB) in the Republic of Congo. Following audits with recommendations, a Hospital Establishment Plan (PEH) was developed and training activities for hospital management staff were conducted. The CHUB will be supported to contribute and build on work done on this topic and ensure that proposed changes in practice are implemented. This support will be provided through the implementation of administrative and clinical management methods that meet international best practices. This technical support project will necessarily be doubled and linked to a major component of rehabilitation/ construction/ equipment that will meet the requirements of PEH.
