Around 100 executives and managers from various levels of the health network, representing all governorates of the country, benefited from a capacity-building program in management through certified training and coaching by Canadian and Tunisian experts. Within a few months, the project enabled the planning of 18 large-scale operational projects addressing real professional situations. Health service delivery). The project’s success and the enthusiasm generated through the training program validated the andragogical and pedagogical approach used
