Le projet PCO-PNS est mis en \u0153uvre par le minist\u00e8re de la Sant\u00e9 publique en collaboration avec l\u2019Organisation mondiale de la sant\u00e9 en Tunisie, l\u2019USI et le D\u00e9partement de gestion, d’\u00e9valuation et de politique de sant\u00e9 (DGEPS) de l\u2019\u00c9cole de sant\u00e9 publique de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Montr\u00e9al (ESPUM). Le projet vise \u00e0 renforcer les capacit\u00e9s en management de la sant\u00e9 et soutien l\u2019op\u00e9rationnalisation de la Politique nationale de sant\u00e9 (PNS) en vue de la r\u00e9alisation de la vision 2030 du gouvernement pour la Couverture sanitaire universelle (CSU). Le programme de formation hybride s\u2019inscrit dans une approche interactive, en co-construction des savoirs.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Il vise une approche andragogique et d\u2019accompagnement \u00e0 fort impact pour l\u2019op\u00e9rationnalisation de la PNS en s\u2019appuyant sur les 7 piliers de la politique et les strat\u00e9gies de celle-ci. Une centaine de cadres et gestionnaires issus des diff\u00e9rents niveaux du r\u00e9seau de la sant\u00e9, b\u00e9n\u00e9ficieront de formation et d\u2019accompagnement par des coachs canadienne.es et tunisien.ne.s pour mettre en \u0153uvre des projets r\u00e9pondant \u00e0 des situations professionnelles r\u00e9elles au sein de leur organisation.<\/span>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
