ASSK aimed to improve the health of women, \nchildren, and adolescents living in the province \nof Kinshasa. It targeted seven health zones and \nincluded two main components:\n1. Improvement of essential health services, \nfocused on building technical capacities and \nensuring the availability of material resources \nto enhance the delivery of quality healthcare \nservices, strengthened management capacities, \nhygiene practices, and biomedical waste \nmanagement, prioritized women\u2019s, adolescents\u2019, \nchildren\u2019s, and newborns\u2019 health, as well as sexual \nand reproductive health and rights.\n2.
